It is important to note that the APACVB requires the completed application to be submitted at least six months prior to the event date for timely consideration. In other words, if your event is scheduled for October 29, 2025, your application must be received on or before April 29, 2025.
We would like to emphasize that the APACVB prioritizes events that promote overnight hotel stays and align with our mission to enhance visitation and visitor expenditure in the area.
