Nineteen historical buildings include furnished slave cabins, a Smithsonian quality antique, steam gin, plantation store and other outbuildings. Optional Civil War tour is a concise but complete history of the causes of the Civil War beginning with our constitution. The tour includes conflicts, economics, politics, and the effects of the war on our nation’s budget, the plantation slaves, and owners.
