Louisiana Workforce Commission is partnering with City of Alexandria Civil Service, Rapides Parish Civil Service, Louisiana State Civil Service and Department of Veterans Affairs – Alexandria VA Health Care System to offer job seekers an opportunity to explore career opportunities with recruiters from federal, state, parish and local municipal agencies and schools. Veterans will be given priority service from 11:00 to 11:30. Job seekers should consider dressing appropriately to meet employers and bring several copies of their resume. Louisiana Workforce Commission will have a Mobile Unit on hand to provide assistance with completing applications on line and or print resumes. Applicants should explore and apply for positions on federal, state and municipal career websites.
